Anonymous said: I'm not sure if when you started drawing it was anime or you have answered this question before... What gave you the motivation or push to change your style away from it/old theme of art style?

I used to draw super anime.  I still have piles of sketchbooks filled with pointy characters.. aha.  But, I think I, ever so slowly, started pulling away when I started college.  I just regained my love for comics and softer forms. I don’t think it was till more recently that it became more of an apparent pull away from my old way of working.  After dealing with some harsh realities and some troubles, I made an even bigger jump from my old way of working.  I dont really want to go into the drama, because its all been put behind me and its past.  But, even though some certain things happened, I feel like my style of art now feels more me, and less of a comparison to someone else or a specific style.

idk if this is what you were looking for.. i feel like i rambled a bit ;;
